रामशोकार्दिते stricken with grief on account of separation from Rama, पुरे in the city, नराः men, चित्रमाल्यधराः wearing garlands of variegated flowers, बहिः outside, यात्राम् pleasure jaunts, न गच्छन्ति do not go, उत्सवाः festivites, न सम्प्रवर्तन्ते are not celebrated.
